Electrical Power System Analysis Using Etap

This Electrical Power System Analysis Using ETAP course is designed for electrical engineers, system operators, and planners to introduce the fundamentals of Transmission and Distribution engineering using ETAP. Theoretical and practical concepts and examples will be explored to assist the technical professional with their primary functions. Effects of system unbalance and solutions, optimization techniques using optimal power flow and capacitor placement will be analyzed as well as system operations such as switching and contingencies will be studied.

This course provides the skills, knowledge, and techniques necessary to become proficient in ETAP to conduct power system studies, from modeling to analysis. The purpose of this Course is to develop a thorough understanding of ETAP’s capabilities and analytical techniques to solve a variety of practical problems.
